Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a SVP, Product based in the Netherlands to lead our AI-driven product portfolio. You will own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across marketplace, internal systems, and data-driven AI capabilities.

You will build an AI-native organization, hire top leaders, and shape the operating model to scale globally. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years in software Product Management.
• 8+ years leading Product organizations.
• Experience owning a full product portfolio in high-growth tech.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and design product organizations.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled products and data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product strategy across marketplace, talent, client experiences, and internal systems.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions for AI models and tooling.
• Set measurable AI quality standards with cross-functional alignment.
• Lead AI-assisted discovery, research, and prototyping across teams.
• Own multi-year product roadmaps and resource allocation.
• Develop product operating model, cadence, and performance metrics.
• Lead integrations of acquisitions and new products with a customer focus.
• Shape product organization design, workforce planning, and hiring standards.
• Coach leaders, review product work, and raise organizational standard.
