Jobgether is partnering with a global tech company to hire a Customer Support Lead based in the Netherlands. The role focuses on leading and scaling a remote, AI-enabled customer support function across AI and human channels.

You will shape service standards, improve workflows, and use data to drive measurable improvements while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI teams. You will oversee a team, manage escalations, define escalation policies, and build scalable processes
