Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to shape the global marketing strategy for a fast-scaling AI-native cloud business. You will define brand, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans while building scalable demand programs that drive revenue.

As a hands-on leader, you will build the marketing function from the ground up, collaborate with founders and commercial leadership, and leverage data and AI tools to optimize ROI and pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Proven track record leading marketing in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or deep-tech markets.
• Experience building positioning, demand generation, and GTM strategies from the ground up.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for technical and enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing and GTM strategy, aligned with growth priorities.
• Own positioning, messaging, brand strategy, and market differentiation across AI and cloud infra.
• Build scalable demand-generation programs spanning content, digital, events, partnerships.
• Develop thought leadership and high-quality content for technical and enterprise audiences.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to generate pipeline and ROI, and lead product marketing activities.
• Translate complex products into clear value propositions for technical and business audiences.
• Establish scalable marketing processes and workflows, and recruit the team.
• Track metrics like CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution; optimize with data and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and founders to integrate marketing with GTM.
