ElevenLabs in Amsterdam is seeking a senior B2B Growth Marketer to build and scale demand generation for the Netherlands. This in-country, hands-on role focuses on generating enterprise pipeline and growing the brand among technical buyers.

You will design integrated campaigns across ABM, content, events, webinars, and outbound, adapt global messaging to the Dutch market, and partner with sales and product teams to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a high-growth tech company with B2B demand gen.
• Ownership of growth and marketing projects with ROI accountability.
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch market and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to operate with minimal process across multiple marketing functions.
• Relentless commitment to excellence and high-quality output.
• Curious about AI and able to judge marketing impact.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Dutch priority industries, from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.
• Localize and execute programs across ABM, content, events, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound—choosing the right channel for the problem.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Dutch market, and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.
