Job summary

Firsty is seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to own our entire B2C user acquisition engine from Amsterdam. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with a blank canvas and no large team.

You will design growth loops, run paid and organic campaigns, analyze data, optimize CAC/ROAS/LTV, and work closely with product and engineering to ship growth features that boost retention and scale globally.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of senior growth or user acquisition experience.
• Proven track record in growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition.
• Deep knowledge of mobile app growth, consumer psychology, and scaling a global retail user base.
• Extreme autonomy and ability to operate as a one-person team.
• Fluency in English; based in/around Amsterdam with on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Own global B2C user acquisition strategy across paid, organic, and viral channels.
• Hands-on execution of campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, and in-app.
• Own funnel analytics and mobile attribution to optimize CAC, ROAS, CPI, and LTV.
• Design and run experiments on landing pages, onboarding flows, referrals, and viral incentives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship growth features and maximize retention.
