Job summary

Resumedia, a fast-growing B2C SaaS company behind Jobseeker.com and CV.nl, seeks a Head of Growth to own the engine turning visitors into customers across 26+ languages. You will lead the growth team, drive product-led growth, and optimize every step from first visit to paying customer.

Fluent in English, with 6+ years in growth and a track record of scaling international, high-volume funnels. This hybrid role offers significant global impact and ample room for experimentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including building and leading a team.
• Strategic and hands-on, able to drive MT discussions and launches.
• Experience in international B2C markets and high-volume funnels.
• Fluent across paid, SEO/ASO, CRM, affiliate, content, social channels.
• AI fluency and curiosity to leverage new tools and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own conversion end to end across all channels and markets.
• Partner with product on the full funnel and growth initiatives.
• Lead and inspire the growth team to adopt rapid experimentation.
• Optimize ROI, messaging, and targeting to maximize value per euro.
• Identify new channels, markets, and trends for growth.
• Sharpen positioning across languages to land locally and globally.
• Build reactivation engines to bring past users back.
• Run growth with evidence through A/B testing.
• Align growth with management and product across the organization.
