Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Head of Product based in the Netherlands for a senior leadership role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS and AI-native business. You will own the product function end-to-end, establish PM practices, lead a growing PM team, and shape product priorities with founders and CTO.

You will drive strategy and execution, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes and high-impact product releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years leading a PM team.
• Experience launching products delivering measurable business results (pipeline, retention, revenue).
• Strong experience with integrations, workflows, enterprise platforms, or complex B2B products.
• Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization.
• Customer research and market evidence guiding strategy.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and translate needs into requirements.
• Proficient in product analytics: tracking events, adoption, and impact.
• Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Portuguese fluency is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities.
• Define and execute product strategy with CTO and founders, aligning with revenue and adoption goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the PM team and establish strong product practices.
• Partner with Engineering to define requirements and ensure timely releases.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, and market research to translate signals into roadmap decisions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• Establish sprint planning, release management, and execution processes.
• Remain hands-on to unblock teams and maintain momentum from discovery to delivery.
• Use product analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
