Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam seeks a data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own paid and organic channels end to end, driving Stage 2 pipeline and revenue. You will diagnose the engine, ship rapid wins, and build a cadence of experiments across paid and organic.

Qualifications

Owns paid and organic channels end to end and owns the pipeline they produce.
Diagnoses the entire engine in month one: costs, returns, across channels and messages.
Audits website performance end to end and translates to actionable steps.

Responsibilities

Maintain 10% MoM growth in Stage 2 pipeline value across paid and organic.
Build a testing and experimentation cadence with hypotheses, owners and review dates.
Launch new channels and messaging tracks with data-driven go/no-go decisions.
Work with Product Marketing to address ICP segments across channels and campaigns.
Assess the current paid specialist and content resources and justify upgrades.
Build and lead the team that runs the engine, treating optimization as a weekly discipline.
