Job summary

NetApp, Inc. seeks a senior leader to unite Solution Architects and GTM teams for cyber resilience, migration, and modernisation across EMEA/LATAM. You will own pipeline, win rates, and bookings growth, while shaping trusted engagement with CIOs and CISOs.

You will drive cross‑functional programs, align technical and commercial strategies, and travel as needed to accelerate multi‑regional initiatives and enterprise applications modernization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology including strategic and people leadership.
• Experience leading both technical (pre-sales, solution architecture) and commercial (business development, GTM) profiles.
• Depth in at least two domains: ransomware/recovery, immutability, NIS2/DORA, virtualization, migration at estate scale, SAP/Oracle storage.
• Able to influence across sales, technical, marketing and partner organisations in a multi-country environment.
• Executive presence with CIOs and CISOs; fluent English; willing to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solution Architects and the business development and GTM profiles for cyber resilience, migration and modernisation, and enterprise applications across EMEA/LATAM.
• Accountable for a commercial result: incremental pipeline, better win rate, and bookings growth year over year.
• Design and drive cyber resilience, migration and modernisation strategies and ensure successful delivery across regions.
• Influence across sales, technical, marketing and partners in a matrixed environment to achieve expansion.
