Job summary

NetApp, Inc. seeks a senior leader to run AI Solution Architects and AI business development across EMEA/LATAM. You will be accountable for incremental AI pipeline, improved win rate, and AI bookings growth year over year.

You will define and scale AI value propositions, own architecture-defining references, and drive cross-functional GTM initiatives with sales, marketing, and partners. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology including strategic and people leadership.
• 5+ years managing people and leading both technical (pre-sales, solution architecture) and commercial (business development, GTM) profiles.
• A proven record of creating pipeline in a new or emerging segment with measurable outcomes.
• Real fluency in the AI infrastructure stack: GPU clusters, reference architectures, training/fine-tuning pipelines, inference economics, agent runtimes and data governance.
• Commercial and dimensioning judgement: defend design choices, including smaller ones, under pressure.
• Able to influence without authority across sales, technical, marketing and partner organisations in a multi-country environment.
• Executive presence at C-level with willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Build the value propositions with the teams who have to sell them.
• Own our AI value propositions across the four workloads, built with your architects and business developers, Area sales, Marketing and partners.
• Scale what works across countries and through partners.
• Be our AI voice in EMEA on inference economics, agent runtimes and data governance.
• Hire above the bar for two profiles and develop future leaders.
• Make SEs and Client Executives effective on AI workloads.
• Build relationships where platform decisions get made with CTOs and heads of AI.
