Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to drive demand and accelerate growth across EMEA/LATAM. You will build pipeline, engage customers and partners, and shape strategic decisions for data infrastructure modernization in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, creating executive-level engagement, and expanding bookings through transformation programs, migration events, and enterprise partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BD, Go-To-Market, or modernisation/infra spaces.
• Proven pipeline generation and revenue growth in enterprise tech.
• Experience building target account strategies from triggers.
• Strong hybrid/multi-cloud, data infra, and modernization knowledge.
• Ability to present business cases to CIOs/CFOs and senior leaders.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Own Migration & Modernization pipeline strategy across EMEA/LATAM.
• Identify target accounts via modernization triggers and opportunities.
• Execute campaigns, workshops, executive engagements, and assessments.
• Develop executive relationships to uncover opportunities.
• Expand opportunities within existing customers through modernization and cloud.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline with hyperscalers and SI partners.
• Create repeatable GTM plays for migration and modernization value.
