Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to drive pipeline and bookings growth across EMEA/LATAM, engaging customers and partners, uncovering opportunities, and accelerating transformation decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners to execute campaigns, workshops and executive engagements, build repeatable demand-generation motions, and develop compelling business cases for modernization in hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

8+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Go-to-Market or Cloud Transformation.
Proven ability to generate pipeline and influence revenue growth in enterprise tech.
Experience building target account strategies based on business or technology triggers.
Strong understanding of hybrid/multi-cloud, data infrastructure, virtualization, and modernization.
Ability to present business cases to CIOs/CFOs and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Fluent English; willing to travel across EMEA/LATAM.

Responsibilities

Own migration & modernization pipeline generation strategy across EMEA/LATAM.
Identify target accounts based on modernization triggers and cloud migrations.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Partners on campaigns and executive engagements.
Develop executive-level relationships to uncover and qualify opportunities.
Expand opportunities within existing customers and drive new migration events.
Create go-to-market plays focused on hybrid cloud and data center modernization.
