Job summary

Rosewood Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Service Agent within our Reservations team to shape guest experiences from first contact. You will handle reservations, coordinate guest requests, and support personalized planning with a warm, professional approach.

You will work closely with Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Guest Experience teams to ensure accurate bookings and memorable stays in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations, Guest Services, Front Office, or similar hospitality-focused role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Opera Cloud, SynXis, SevenRooms, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage room, restaurant, spa, and outlet reservation inquiries across multiple channels.
• Accurately process and maintain bookings using hotel reservation systems.
• Communicate with guests to confirm reservations, personalize stays, and enhance their experience.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams for a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor reservation availability and support revenue optimization through upselling opportunities.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles, preferences, and special requests to support personalized service.
