Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is seeking a Guest Relations Employee (f/m/d) to welcome guests at the property in Amsterdam. You will be the primary contact before, during, and after stays, ensuring a memorable experience with personalized attention and a warm, professional approach.

You will manage guest communications, address issues, and monitor online reviews to uphold the hotel’s quality standards while supporting a diverse, international guest mix.

Qualifications

• Perfect command of the English language.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Handle guest complaints and coordinate with hotel teams to improve service levels.
• Manage online review correspondence and uphold Minor Hotels quality standards.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, charisma, and attention to detail in all guest interactions.
