Job summary

De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first and last face guests see during their stay. You will welcome guests with a genuine smile and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out, sharing your knowledge of the hotel and Amsterdam to provide personalized recommendations.

You will handle reservations and room assignments with precision, work closely with all departments, and uphold the Original Amsterdam Luxury in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused attitude.
• Proficient multitasking in busy environments.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Provide personalized advice on amenities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy.
• Resolve guest questions or complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to uphold Original Amsterdam Luxury.
