Job summary

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will maintain high standards, share menu knowledge, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure a flawless guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive dining experience from arrival through departure.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining the highest presentation and service standards.
• Share menu knowledge, provide recommendations, and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professionally presented tables and service areas.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless and exceptional service.
