The Social Hub in Amsterdam is hiring a Front Office Host through Hosco. You’ll be the first smile guests see, creating a welcoming vibe and guiding them from check-in to local experiences.

• 1–3 years in hospitality or a guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes guests feel at home.
• Able to switch between tasks while keeping a smile.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start.
• Assist with check-ins, payments, and kiosk navigation.
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with energy.
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences.
• Assist with bookings for activities, restaurants, and experiences.
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve stays.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things smooth.
• Promote outlets and spot upsell opportunities.
