Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking an AsaFront Office Host in Amsterdam to welcome guests with warmth and set a vibrant atmosphere from the moment they arrive. You will handle check-ins, payments and navigate kiosks while keeping the lobby energetic and easy to navigate.

You will share local tips, connect guests to events and experiences, and assist with bookings. English and Dutch proficiency, a proactive mindset, and teamwork will help you thrive in our hybrid hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
• Energetic, welcoming vibe
• Able to switch between tasks without losing your smile
• Proactive mindset and talent for turning moments into memories
• Communicate clearly in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events and experiences
• Help with bookings for activities, restaurants and more
• Share guest insights with the team to improve stays
• Work with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly
• Promote outlets and upsell opportunities
