Job summary

The Social Hub in Amsterdam West is seeking a Front Office Intern to join our dynamic team. You’ll welcome guests, assist at the reception, and contribute to a memorable stay.

You’ll learn about our hospitality concepts, products, and how to engage guests with services and experiences across our venues. We value a proactive, responsible, and energetic student who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location setting and speaks English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at a university.
• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business).
• Capable of taking initiative and working independently.
• Flexible, hands-on, motivated and positive attitude.
• EU student status required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and assist at the reception desk.
• Provide excellent guest service in restaurant and bars and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Act as a concierge for local recommendations and city tips.
• Keep front-of-house areas tidy and ready for the next shift.
• Assist guests with requests related to facilities and services.
