Job summary

The Social Hub in the Netherlands is seeking a Front Office Host to greet guests, set an inviting tone, assist with check-ins and bookings, and connect guests to events and local experiences. You’ll work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

You bring 1-3 years in hospitality, an energetic vibe, multitasking skills, and comfort with PMS and guest messaging apps, while communicating clearly in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role.
• Energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home.
• Strong ability to switch between tasks without losing your smile.
• Proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones.
• Comfort with PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps.
• Clear English and Dutch communication.
• Team player who stays cool during busy peaks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start
• Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation
• Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy
• Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences
• Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between
• Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay
• Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly
• Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities
