Qualifications

• Several years of Front Office or reception experience.
• Experience as Desk Manager, Shift Leader or Supervisor advantageous.
• Organised, accurate and capable of setting priorities during busy shifts.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable using computer systems and hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist during check-in and check-out.
• Support the Front Office team throughout the day.
• Review arrivals and share updates with relevant departments.
• Answer calls and emails and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Provide a warm, memorable guest experience and seamless service.
