Motel One Group in Rotterdam seeks a guest-focused hotel receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-in/out, bookings, and payments. You will support front and back-office tasks and assist the F&B team during busy periods.

Experience in hotel/catering and an apprenticeship in hotel trade are valued. A good command of English is essential; Dutch language skills are a plus, and you will work as part of a multicultural team.

Qualificações

• Completed apprenticeship in hotel trade or experience in hotel/catering.
• Excellent quality and service mindset with hosting skills.
• Proficient in English; Dutch would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Looking after guests, including check-in and check-out.
• Review bookings, overbookings and options.
• Invoicing and cash handling.
• Handle front and back-office admin; support F&B during peak hours.
