Job summary

Motel One Group is seeking a customer-focused receptionist to warmly welcome guests at check-in and assist during their stay. You will handle bookings, payments, and front/back office tasks while supporting the F&B team during peak hours and collaborating across departments in a multicultural environment.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality experience or an apprenticeship, a strong quality-and-service mindset, and fluency in English (Dutch a plus).

Qualifications

• apprenticeship in hotel trade or professional experience in hotel/catering industry.
• excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry.
• be open and communicative, with a solid command of English; Dutch would be a plus.
• be a team player and willing to assist across departments – we achieve our results together

Responsibilities

• Look after guests at check-in and check-out.
• Review bookings, overbookings and options.
• Invoicing and managing payments, cash transactions and cashing up.
• Support front and back office tasks and assist F&B team in peak hours.
• Gain interdepartmental insights by working in multicultural teams
