Job summary

Motel One Germany BetriebsGmbH is seeking a Front Office Agent for a full-time role in Rotterdam. You will warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, review bookings, overbookings and options, and manage invoicing and cash transactions with accuracy.

You will also perform administrative tasks in front and back office and support the F&B team during peak hours, collaborating across departments in our multicultural environment to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Completed an apprenticeship in hotel or equivalent experience in hospitality.
• Strong sense of quality and service and hosting skills.
• Open and communicative with solid English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests with a warm, professional approach.
• Reviewing and processing bookings, overbookings and options.
• Invoicing and handling payments, cash transactions and cashing up.
• Administrative tasks in front and back office and supporting the F&B team during peak hours.
• Collaborating across departments in a multicultural environment to deliver excellent guest experiences.
