Job summary

Talento? (placeholder company name) is seeking a GTM Systems Engineer to help rebuild and automate the GTM infrastructure.

You'll work across the GTM Engine, Salesforce integrations, enrichment services, Snowflake and related tools, turning vague requests into solid technical plans and delivering reliable solutions with proper monitoring. You will collaborate with the Head of Data, engineers and analysts to ship scalable integration solutions that improve data quality and measurement across the

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software, systems or integration engineering.
• Experience integrating with business systems such as CRM, payments, finance, marketing or operations platforms.
• Salesforce experience is useful but not required.
• You can work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
• You can learn unfamiliar systems quickly and choose simple, production-ready solutions.
• You think about failure cases such as unavailable APIs, duplicates or conflicting updates.

Responsibilities

• Turn unclear process requests into clear technical requirements and a sensible implementation approach.
• Build integrations, event flows, automations and changes to our GTM Engine using APIs, webhooks, queues and small services.
• Decide when to build, buy or configure, preferring native platform capabilities, middleware or minimal custom code.
• Develop for production from day one with robust testing, deduplication and retry handling, plus monitoring.
• Ship and support what you build with version control, code review and safe deployment.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, other platform owners and our Commercial Data Analyst to ensure clean integration and measurable data flows.
• Document flows, decisions and recovery steps to avoid single points of failure.
