Job summary

Nivoda, a global gemstone marketplace, is rebuilding its GTM infrastructure. This hands-on GTM Systems Engineer role works closely with the Head of Data, engineers, analysts, Sales and Marketing to replace manual steps with reliable automation.

You will connect GTM Engine with Salesforce, Customer.io, enrichment services and Snowflake, choosing build, buy or configure options and delivering production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software, systems or integration engineering.
• Shipped real integrations or services using APIs, webhooks or event-driven systems.
• Solid programming ability in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript; SQL; Git and code review.
• Experience integrating with CRM/marketing/finance platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate requests into buildable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Turn unclear process requests into clear technical requirements and a sensible implementation approach.
• Build integrations, customer or prospect event flows, automations and changes to our GTM Engine.
• Choose build, buy or configure based on the problem, preferring native capabilities first.
• Build for production from the start with tests, retries and monitoring.
• Ship and support what you build using version control, code review and safe deployment.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, other platform owners and the Data Analyst to ensure measurable data.
• Document important flows, decisions and recovery steps.
