Job summary

WorldFirst Group, part of Ant International, seeks a Senior Account Executive in Amsterdam for a hybrid role (Tue/Wed/Thu in office). You will proactively source SME and cross-border clients, manage a full sales cycle, and position WorldFirst's global payments and FX solutions with a consultative approach.

You will collaborate with internal teams to onboard clients and drive upsell opportunities, contributing to a high-performance sales culture in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales and prospecting experience.
• Strong commercial growth mindset.
• Curious and proactive learner with sales drive.
• Polish language skills are a strong plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or payments is beneficial.
• Highly motivated, with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and supports peers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and convert new SME and cross-border trading clients through cold calling and multi-channel outbound prospecting.
• Build and manage a strong end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to closing new business.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position WorldFirst's global payments and FX solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding while driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities for account growth.
