Qualifications
- Deep understanding of payments, BaaS, embedded finance, sponsor bank models, card issuing, wallets and settlements.
- Ability to translate regulatory complexity into business value for enterprise partners.
- Proven track record closing complex high‑value B2B partnerships in fintech or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Identify the single commercial category where bunq's offering creates the most value at scale.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from first outreach to signed deal and live integration.
- Redesign bunq's partnership process to speed deals while ensuring legal compliance.
- Build momentum ahead of the US license launch with LOIs and conditional agreements.
- Lead an AI‑first sales motion for market intelligence and personalized outreach at scale.
