Job summary
Adyen is expanding its Financial Services and Insurance vertical and seeking a senior leader to build and drive global commercial strategy. You will focus on growth, market share, and new logo acquisition across banking licence markets (US, UK, EU) and work with Product Marketing, Sales, and Compliance.
You will partner with regional heads to tailor strategies, identify opportunities, and shape the portfolio for high-potential sub-verticals and countries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years in a commercial strategy or business consulting role in tech, with strong FSI background.
- Expert knowledge of Financial Services & Insurance sectors, trends, regulation, and competition.
- Experience across Enterprise and Platform business models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth, adoption, and usage of Adyen’s services in Financial Services & Insurance globally, focusing on market share and penetration.
- Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing and communicate it to global Sales, Accounts, and Partnerships.
- Collaborate with regional Heads of Sales to execute market strategy and drive new logos and renewals.
- Develop segmentation of FS & Insurance customer portfolio and identify opportunities to expand into sub-verticals, markets, or countries.
- Partner with Product and Compliance to prioritize and launch new solutions aligned with Adyen’s FS & Insurance vision.
