WorldFirst, a subsidiary of Ant International, seeks a seasoned Partnership Manager to acquire, manage, and expand partner relationships that introduce clients to our global payment solutions. You will drive referrals and align with internal teams to onboard partners across multiple channels and regions.

The role requires building strong networks with international trade, marketplaces, and ecommerce ecosystems, delivering on ambitious targets in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, Poland, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, ecommerce or SaaS.

• Directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key partner relationships with companies able to introduce clients to WorldFirst.
• Work closely with partners to drive referrals into WorldFirst business, focusing on KPIs of the time.
• Develop partnerships that may include referral or affiliate relationships; stay up-to-date with WorldFirst products to promote to partners and clients.
• Provide feedback to partner network and deliver solutions to help them overcome issues.
• Represent WorldFirst at trade shows, webinars and marketing activities across diverse locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and activate partners successfully.

Through the World Account, WorldFirst is meeting the needs of SMEs engaged in international trade or business, both online via marketplaces or websites, as well as offline to support importers and exporters.

What You'll Do:

• Directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key partner relationships with companies able to introduce clients to WorldFirst
• Work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business, focused on the key KPIs of the business at that time
• Develop partnerships that may include referral or affiliate type relationships. Stay up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to proficiently promote these to partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with the utmost integrity
• Make regular contact with partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome these
• From trade shows one week to partner webinars and marketing activities the next, represent WorldFirst comfortably in a wide variety of scenarios and locations
• Work closely with internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth and successful onboarding and activation of partners

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in partnership management Poland, preferably in financial services, payments, fintech, ecommerce or SaaS
• Strong connections with international trade, marketplace networks, service providers, or ecommerce ecosystems in Poland
• Proven track record of success, delivering on and exceeding demanding targets
• Experience in developing and executing strategies to drive engagement and client referrals across a referring population with a clear understanding of requirements and techniques to achieve those goals
• Comfortable communicating with partners at different levels of seniority, understanding the roles and priorities of different stakeholders across client portfolios
• Disciplined approach to work and open to developing and improving existing processes to ensure management information is accurate, up-to-date and allows for data-informed decisions
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments where pace is fast and opportunities are plentiful
