Eye Security in the Netherlands seeks a Partner Manager to grow a portfolio of MSP partners and recruit new ones from your network. You will build business plans, drive joint campaigns, and run pipelines to create ARR for Eye and partners, working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

You bring 3–5+ years in MSP or cybersecurity, an existing Dutch MSP network, and a drive to hit targets through partner-led results, with fluent Dutch and English.

• Established Dutch MSP network you can activate.
• Sales-driven with pipeline and target-hitting mindset.
• Experience building business plans with partners and commitments.
• Strong relationship-building skills and trust with partners.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional English.

Mansioni

• Own and grow a portfolio of MSP partners, focusing on top 10–20 to advance.
• Build joint business plans, set targets, and hold both sides accountable.
• Onboard new MSP partners from first contact through contracts and first deals.
• Drive partner-led pipeline and influence ARR quarterly.
• Set up joint GTM initiatives and campaigns with Marketing.
• Represent Eye at partner meetings, events and industry gatherings in the Netherlands.
