Job summary

Eye Security, a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands, seeks a Channel Lead Benelux & Nordics (m/f/x) in The Hague with a hybrid arrangement. You will lead MSP partnerships, recruit and coach partners, and scale channel-led revenue across Benelux and Nordics.

The role requires 6+ years in sales/business development with leadership, Dutch fluency, willingness to travel up to 50%, and a background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience with 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel.
• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.
• Fluency in Dutch is required; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own MSP partnerships across Benelux and Nordics.
• Develop and execute partner business plans and enablement programs.
• Redefine channel processes for recruitment, onboarding and management in new markets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align goals and resources.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize productivity and profitability.
