Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a commercially driven Country Manager to lead growth across BeNeLux, with a strong focus on the Netherlands. You will identify, negotiate, and scale partnerships—including B2B2C, distribution, affiliate, and influencer channels—and collaborate with teams to ensure ROI and measurable results.

We value a data-driven, proactive leader who can build business cases, pitch ideas, and drive revenue across multiple channels.

Qualifications

3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or performance marketing.
Track record of launching and scaling revenue-generating partnerships with measurable ROI.
Data-driven mindset with ability to build and present business cases.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and skilled at building new relationships.
Excellent communicator capable of coordinating across global teams.
Strong presenter able to pitch initiatives and share insights.
Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and scale performance-based partnerships with clear ROI.
Identify and close B2B2C and distribution opportunities across BeNeLux.
Test and deliver local marketing experiments with events, communities, and brands.
Track revenue impact, ROAS, and KPIs; report to stakeholders.
