Eye Security seeks a Senior Partner Manager to lead a portfolio of MSP partners in the Netherlands and Benelux. You will build business plans with partners, set concrete targets, drive joint campaigns, and push pipelines for mutual growth with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.

You will join three peers to grow Eye Security's Dutch partner network, expanding coverage with activated partners and new additions across Europe. Competitive remuneration with bonus and flexible remote work.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in MSP or cybersecurity channel roles.
• Existing network in the Dutch MSP market to activate.
• Proven track record with targets, pipeline, and partner-led results.
• Experience building business plans with partners and securing commitments.
• Strong relationship-building with partners who grow through collaboration.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow a portfolio of MSP partners, focusing on top partners.
• Build joint business plans with concrete targets and accountability.
• Onboard and grow new MSP partners from first contact to deals.
• Drive pipeline and influence ARR through partner activities.
• Set up joint go-to-market initiatives with the Marketing team.
• Represent Eye at partner meetings, events and industry gatherings.
