Eye Security, a rapidly growing cybersecurity scale-up in the Netherlands, is seeking a leader to own MSP partnerships. You will recruit partners, coach your team, and scale operations to drive channel-led revenue growth across Europe.

You will develop partner business plans, create co-sell strategies, and enable partners through structured programs while collaborating with sales and marketing to align goals and resources.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of leadership experience; 6+ years total in sales, business development, or channel.
• Proven track record in partner management, channel development and/or new business sales.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, or cloud storage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and own MSP partnerships, recruit partners, coach and develop the team, scale operations to drive channel revenue growth.
• Strategic partnership management: develop and execute partner business plans, co-sell strategies, enablement programs.
• Improve channel strategy by redefining recruitment, onboarding and management processes.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing to align goals and resources.
• Performance management: monitor partner performance and optimize productivity and profitability.
