Job summary

Everest Commerce Group seeks a Growth Lead to own and optimize the growth engine for Cozy Heaven as we expand across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will drive profitable growth by connecting paid media, influencers, affiliates and organic content with data-driven testing, pricing, bundles and lifecycle campaigns.

You will build and lead a team of specialists, agencies and AI solutions while staying aligned with finance and operations to maximize customer profitability and stock

Qualifications

• Deep advertising expertise with a track record of growing a DTC business in DACH.
• Experience with paid media plus influencer, affiliate and organic marketing.
• Understanding the customer journey from first ad to repeat purchases and ability to improve profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own performance: set growth plan, allocate budget, deliver measurable results.
• Lead acquisition: connect paid social, search, influencers, affiliates and organic content with testing.
• Grow customer value: improve conversion, retention and repeat purchases via pricing, bundles and lifecycle campaigns.

• Make informed decisions: work with finance and operations to connect customer economics, marketing performance and stock.
