Tellent is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the DACH region, Amsterdam. You will drive paid ads and CRO to grow the pipeline, reporting to the Head of Growth. You’ll own projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and run experiments to improve performance in DACH.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn, build landing pages, and scale new channels. An autonomous, tech-savvy marketer with 3+ years in a similar role will thrive.

Formación

• Native German speaker and fluent in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar growth marketing role.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience with website CRO and willingness to grow in this domain.
• Proficiency with core online ad channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to write ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
• Autonomous and proactive; self-starter.
• Tech-savvy and able to explore new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create, manage, and optimize online ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create and optimize landing pages.
• Test and scale new paid channels.
• Improve the website through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Track, measure, and analyze projects for future learnings.
• Ensure technical aspects of campaigns are configured and optimized.
