Job summary

Everest is building one of the world’s most ambitious AI-native commerce groups with a German consumer brand in its portfolio. This role combines ownership from day one with a fast-paced, high-performance marketing environment based in Amsterdam or with relocation.

You’ll run and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns, design compelling creatives, own attribution, and drive measurable revenue growth while collaborating across teams to scale CAC, ROAS, and retention.

Qualifications

• Native German speaker with strong English communication.
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate before starting.
• Hands-on experience with the full growth stack across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale and Microsoft Clarity.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale Meta campaigns exceeding $150K/month across multiple stores.
• Design performance-driven ad creatives in Figma.
• Own attribution using Triple Whale to measure drivers of results.
• Iterate with testing to scale what works.
• Collaborate with product, store, and analytics teams to align campaigns.
• Optimize CAC, ROAS and retention within 3–6 months.
• Develop retention and loyalty campaigns via email/SMS.
