Bever is expanding into Germany and seeks a commercially driven E-commerce Lead Germany to launch and grow the German webshop from day one. You will blend digital marketing with trading and merchandising to create an outstanding customer experience and drive sustainable growth.

Key duties include coordinating merch, content, pricing, CRM and marketing to accelerate growth, localizing product content and SEO, building campaigns, and working with the performance marketing team to optimize paid

Competenze

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online trading within the German market.
Fluent in German (written and verbal), combined with fluent English or Dutch.
Strong expertise in digital marketing and commercial e-commerce management.
Proven track record in webshop management and performance optimization.
Experience with tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Monetate, Power BI, CMS, PIM systems, and e-commerce platforms.

Mansioni

Act as the central point of coordination between merchandising, content, pricing, CRM, and marketing teams to accelerate growth in Germany.
Drive the commercial success and continuous optimization of Bever’s German e-commerce platform.
Own product content localization, SEO performance, and brand consistency for the German market.
Develop and execute the commercial trading calendar, campaigns, promotions, and conversion optimization initiatives (localize Dutch calendar and activities).
Coordinate with the central performance marketing team on the setup and optimization of paid digital channels to maximize traffic, revenue, and ROI.
