Job summary

Cozy Heaven in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own and optimize the growth engine as we expand across DACH. You will manage paid and organic channels, set budgets, and partner with finance and operations to connect customer economics with stock availability.

You will improve conversion, retention and repeat purchases through lifecycle campaigns, pricing, bundles and product launches, build a small team with agencies, and lead data-driven experimentation within an agreed budget.

Responsibilities

• Own performance: set the growth plan, allocate the budget and deliver measurable results.
• Lead acquisition: connect paid social, search, influencers, affiliates and organic content through testing.
• Grow customer value: improve conversion, retention and repeats via pricing, bundles and lifecycle campaigns.
• Build your team: bring together specialists, agencies and AI.
• Set clear accountability and execute yourself where needed.
• Make informed decisions: coordinate with finance and operations on customer economics, marketing performance and stock.
