Job summary

Cozy Heaven in Amsterdam is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead to own and optimize the growth engine as we expand across DACH. You will manage paid and organic channels, set budgets, and partner with finance and operations to connect customer economics with stock availability.

You will improve conversion, retention and repeat purchases through lifecycle campaigns, pricing, bundles and product launches, build a small team with agencies, and lead data-driven experimentation within an agreed budget.

Build and own the growth engine behind a brand our customers love.

Cozy Heaven's core product is lyocell bedding. As we expand our range and grow across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we're looking for a hands‑on Growth Lead to take responsibility for profitable growth. Your central measure is LTGP:CAC: customer lifetime gross profit relative to acquisition cost. You'll improve that ratio while growing total contribution and keeping acquisition payback healthy.
