Job summary

NextNovate, a Netherlands-based innovator, seeks a Portfolio Lead to drive digital change across a diverse set of accounts using Google Cloud and productivity tools.

You will manage renewal timing, identify expansion opportunities, run webinars, and coordinate with internal consultants to convert ideas into projects.

Fluent Dutch, a scalable mindset, and strong analytics are essential as you track value, margins, and pipeline. Hybrid work, mobility budget, devices, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Conversational Dutch (hard requirement) for customer support and guidance.
• Scaled & strategic mindset to manage a large portfolio digitally.
• Financially & analytically driven; focus on retention, margins, and pipeline.
• GCP readiness; discuss Identity, Collaboration, and Infrastructure within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio with self-service portals and renewal flows.
• Respond to automated alerts to capture expansion opportunities.
• Perform light maturity analyses and translate insights into proposals.
• Host recurring product webinars and digital events for customers at scale.
• Own contract hygiene and renewals to optimize retention and health of the portfolio.
• Coordinate timely transfer of high-growth accounts to account teams when expansion thresholds are met.
