Cross Border Talents is excited to offer a Google Sales Specialist role in the Netherlands. You will support newly onboarded advertisers, advising on digital advertising strategies and guiding setup, launch, and optimization to drive client success.

You will build strong client relationships, understand business goals, and recommend tailored PPC and digital advertising solutions while identifying opportunities to expand usage and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• At least 1 year of professional sales or marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers through onboarding and activation.
• Understand client objectives to tailor advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital campaigns.
• Build long-term client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide guidance to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client experience.
• Stay informed on trends and platform updates.
