Job summary

EPAM Systems in Amsterdam seeks a dynamic Cloud Engagement Lead to join the Google Global Business Unit in a hybrid setup. You will own bookings and revenue, shape and close Google Digital and AI transformation engagements, and coordinate across Sales, Practices, Google and Delivery to drive sustainable growth.

This leadership role requires 10+ years in technology consulting with Google cloud experience, proven deal closure, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology consulting, cloud strategy or digital transformation.
• 5+ years in business development, sales leadership or alliance management with revenue targets.
• Proven track record in closing Google Digital and AI transformation engagements.
• Strong understanding of Google co-sell programs and partner engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Google Digital and AI engagements.
• Lead opportunities from origination to closure, including deal shaping and pricing strategy.
• Execute land-and-expand strategies across AI, cloud modernization and data platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and act as long-term partner.
• Collaborate with Google account and industry teams for go-to-market motions.
• Leverage Google programs to unlock opportunities and accelerate closure.
• Shape deals with architecture oversight and executive messaging.
• Align with EPAM Business Units to ensure pipeline health and growth.
• Contribute to GTM campaigns and Google-aligned accelerators.
• Mentor client partners in Google co-sell best practices.
