Job summary

Nextens is looking for a Digital Experience & Growth Lead to shape how we attract and convert customers across the lifecycle. You will combine customer insight, data and digital expertise to drive measurable growth and commercial impact.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to create scalable journeys, improve conversion, and boost retention and cross-sell opportunities across our SaaS platform. English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital growth and demand generation.
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation and customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills using customer data.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B or related sectors.
• Excellent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Digital Experience & Growth capability, including its roadmap, priorities and ways of working.
• Drive digital demand generation, lead generation and nurturing, turning prospects into qualified opportunities and customers.
• Improve conversion across websites, webshop and digital customer journeys.
• Identify and activate growth opportunities within existing customers, including adoption, cross-sell, upsell and retention.
• Use customer, account and behavioural data for segmentation, personalisation and next-best-actions.
• Build a strong CRO and experimentation approach to continuously improve customer journeys and commercial performance.
• Develop lifecycle and automated journeys together with Marketing Hub capabilities.
• Define and manage the right digital growth KPIs, connecting customer behaviour to commercial outcomes.
• Translate commercial priorities into a clear and prioritised digital growth roadmap.
• Connect Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Data and the Marketing Hub to deliver against shared growth objectives.
