Job summary

Nextens is seeking a Digital Experience & Growth Lead to drive measurable growth across the customer lifecycle by turning data and insights into optimized journeys. You will lead demand generation, nurturing and conversion, connecting marketing, sales and product to achieve commercial impact.

You will collaborate with Marketing Hub, Brand & Content, Sales, Customer Success and Product, defining KPIs and lifecycle journeys, and leading CRO and experimentation to lift revenue and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital growth, demand generation, digital customer experience, e-commerce or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience with lead generation and nurturing, CRO, experimentation and conversion optimisation.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, customer journeys, segmentation and personalisation.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Digital Experience & Growth capability, including its roadmap and priorities.
• Drive digital demand generation, lead generation and nurturing to convert prospects into opportunities and customers.
• Improve conversion across website, webshop and digital journeys.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing customers, including adoption, cross-sell and retention.
• Define and manage digital growth KPIs and the roadmap aligned with business goals.
