Job summary

Nextens is seeking a Marketing – Digital Experience & Growth Lead to shape and accelerate growth across the customer lifecycle. You will own demand generation, nurturing, conversion and retention, translating insights into measurable commercial impact.

You will connect Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Data to build scalable journeys, optimise CRO and activation, and drive KPI-led growth with the Marketing Hub.

Qualifications

• Proven digital growth and lifecycle marketing experience.
• Strong analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Experience with SaaS/B2B or B2B2C sectors is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the Digital Experience & Growth capability roadmap.
• Drive demand generation, lead generation and nurturing, turning prospects into opportunities.
• Improve conversion across website, webshop and digital journeys.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing customers: adoption, cross-sell and retention.
• Use data for segmentation, personalisation and next-best-actions.
• Build a CRO and experimentation approach to improve journeys.
• Develop lifecycle and automated journeys with Marketing Hub capabilities.
• Define and manage the right digital growth KPIs and connect to commercial outcomes.
• Translate priorities into a prioritised digital growth roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CS, Product and Data to hit growth objectives.
