Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work in the Enschede area. This is a flexible, assignment-based role with no guaranteed hours, suitable for part-time schedules or students with flexibility.

You will install, support, and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and authorized software, and provide on-site hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT environment.
• Fluent Dutch with the customer; good-standard English with the Service Desk.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of ITIL is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized software.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment).
• Perform general preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Provide on-site hands-and-eyes support for Network and Compute environments.
