Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch across the Zaanstad area in the Netherlands. This is an assignment-based, part-time oriented role with no guaranteed hours.

You will install and troubleshoot Windows and Mac endpoints, peripherals, and remote workspace software, and you will coordinate with client sites and the Service Desk.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to travel, and able to work across multiple clients with varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and supporting Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service-desk environments is a plus.
• Ability to travel to client sites within the Zaanstad area.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Support end-user hardware like desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Perform basic maintenance and document requests in the service desk system.
• Provide on-site hands-and-eyes support for client environments.
