Job summary

ITProposal in the Utrecht area is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments across client sites in the Netherlands. This is not a full-time role; hours vary by client and assignments come as needed, with no guaranteed minimums and pay set per assignment.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac desktops, laptops and printers, and assist remote engineering teams with packaging, imaging and security tasks.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent Dutch with good English, and valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software.
• Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware and peripherals including printers and conference equipment.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and VIP users.
• Record, update and document requests in the service desk system.
• Collaborate with remote Desktop Engineering teams on packaging, imaging and security.
